Sentinel Continuity: Turn your first dashboard into a tracking loop.

Best after Baseline Analysis, Deep Map, Baseline Complete, or Apex has created a reference dashboard. Continuity compares new results against prior Sentinel context.

Biomarker zone tracking

Continuity tracks where your markers have moved — not just where they are.

Each Continuity review compares your new report against your previous Sentinel dashboard. Markers are classified into zones — PRIME, STABLE, DRIFT, WARNING — and the comparison shows direction and magnitude of movement between uploads, not just current values.

Which Continuity tier fits you

Tier is determined by your data depth — not your goal.

Continuity Lite, Plus, and Pro are each complete at their data depth. The right tier is the one that matches what you already have. Wearable data enhances interpretation within any tier but does not change the tier assignment.

Continuity Lite

Behavior and symptom tracking only

  • checkNo blood markers required
  • checkWeekly energy, sleep, stress, and routine check-in
  • checkOptional wearable (HRV, RHR, sleep) adds context
  • checkLight monthly momentum summary

Best for: Customers who want ongoing tracking between blood collections without needing new data.

Best paired with: Any first Sentinel dashboard (Baseline Analysis or Deep Map).

Continuity Plus

Baseline-linked tracking with monthly review

  • checkRequires Tier 1 health-screening report
  • checkWeekly patterns interpreted against Tier 1 baseline context
  • checkOptional wearable enhances weekly interpretation
  • checkMonthly baseline-linked review with focus guidance

Best for: Customers with a standard health-screening report (Tier 1 markers).

Best paired with: Sentinel Baseline Analysis as the first purchase.

Continuity Pro

Deep marker-linked journey with structured review

  • checkRequires Tier 1 + Tier 2 advanced report
  • checkWeekly tracking with full marker-context interpretation
  • checkOptional wearable adds depth to phenotype tracking
  • checkDeep monthly review — structured focus-transition reviews

Best for: Customers with a comprehensive report including advanced markers (ApoB, fasting insulin, hs-CRP, ferritin, vitamin D, etc.).

Best paired with: Sentinel Deep Map as the first purchase.

What this is

A customer-facing product, not a medical diagnosis.

One report is a snapshot. Continuity turns it into a trend. Sentinel Continuity tracks whether your system is stabilizing, drifting, or becoming harder to interpret over time. It is designed for users who already have a Sentinel dashboard and want ongoing prioritization between blood tests.

Phase 1 products are based on customer-provided reports only. Blood draw and clinic/lab-supported workflows are planned for Phase 2 and are not currently active.

Continuity keeps your Sentinel map current by comparing new biomarker data against your prior dashboard, selected pathways, missing signals, and priority systems.

The output is educational and analytical. It does not diagnose disease, prescribe treatment, or replace licensed medical consultation.

Included deliverables

What you receive

check_circle

Dashboard comparison against prior Sentinel baseline

Your new data is mapped directly against your previous Sentinel dashboard rather than read as if it were a first-time draw.

check_circle

Trend review across repeated Tier 1 markers

Shows direction and magnitude of change in core markers, not just current values.

check_circle

Tier 2 follow-up when advanced markers are repeated

If advanced markers are present in both reports, Continuity tracks them alongside the Tier 1 trends.

check_circle

Updated system resistance and missing-signal view

Refreshes which systems are stable, improving, drifting, or still loaded after the most recent upload.

check_circle

Refreshed pathway priorities

The Optimization Priority Stack is re-ranked based on what has shifted since the previous review.

check_circle

Continuity notes for next review cycle

Each cycle includes notes on what to watch for in the next upload, so the comparison stays anchored over time.

Report eligibility

What data is suitable

  • checkYou already have a Sentinel dashboard
  • checkYou have new biomarker data to compare
  • checkYou want to track improvement, drift, unresolved resistance, or new missing signals
  • checkBest when repeated markers match prior dashboard coverage

FAQ

Sentinel Continuity FAQ

Can I proceed if my report is missing some markers? expand_more

Yes. Missing markers do not automatically prevent analysis, but they reduce confidence in specific interpretation areas. The dashboard will show missing signals and limitations clearly.

Do I receive a PDF report? expand_more

The core output is a secure dashboard link because the dashboard is designed for follow-up comparison, continuity tracking, and priority refresh.

What happens if a result is outside the context Exia Bio is designed to explain? expand_more

Exia Bio does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. If a result appears outside the context Exia Bio is designed to explain, users should share their original laboratory report and Exia Bio dashboard with a licensed healthcare professional.

Can I choose more than one pathway? expand_more

Yes. Many users have overlapping goals across performance, body composition, recovery, and longevity. The selected pathways help Exia Bio calibrate dashboard priorities.

Common questions

Continuity — FAQ

Do I need a previous Sentinel dashboard to use Continuity? add

Yes. Sentinel Continuity is designed for users who already have a Sentinel dashboard from a previous product (Baseline Analysis, Deep Map, or Baseline Complete). Continuity compares your new report against your existing baseline. It is not a standalone first-purchase product.

How soon can I upload a second report for Continuity? add

There is no minimum waiting period, but Exia Bio recommends waiting at least 8–12 weeks between uploads so that meaningful biological change has time to register. Uploading sooner is possible, but interpretation depth may be limited if values have not shifted significantly.

What if my second report has fewer markers than my first? add

Continuity will compare the markers that are present in both reports. Markers absent from the second upload will be noted as gaps in the comparison, and interpretation confidence for those areas will be flagged accordingly.

How long does Continuity take to process? add

Target release within 72 hours after complete intake and usable report upload. Turnaround may occasionally vary during the early access period.

Can Continuity track my progress toward a health goal? add

Sentinel Continuity shows how your biomarker values and friction patterns have shifted between two data points — it does not diagnose progress, set targets, or prescribe interventions. It is an informational tool for tracking biological change over time. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional for guidance on health goals or any clinical concerns.
